At Salon, we wanted to create more than just a brunch spot. We dreamed of a place that feels like your second living room. A cozy corner in the heart of Ghent where mornings flow into afternoons, where the coffee is strong, the brunch is seasonal, and the wine is poured with care.
We work with local producers and fresh ingredients to serve food that’s simple and flavorful.
